Stick to a routine

One suggestion is to use Night Mode after a certain time of day on your devices or to invest in some quality blue-light blocking glasses.

Drink some hot tea

There’s nothing like a cup of hot tea to relax your mind and body. If you’re feeling anxious, try drinking some herbal tea or green tea. Chamomile tea is often recommended as a way to relax before bedtime, and there’s a good reason for that. Get outside

So too much artificial blue light is bad for us. Especially late in the evening when it can throw off our body’s natural shift towards nighttime and sleep. But, if you are feeling a bit anxious or just out of it during the day, a little natural blue light might just be the fix. Take a break and step outside for a few minutes. Go for a walk, sit in the sun, or just take some deep breaths of fresh air. The vitamin D from the sun can also help to improve your mood and overall health.
